These Terms govern your use of Medex, operated by Henge. By using Medex, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

What Medex is

Medex is a personal health-tracking and information companion. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or professional medical advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account from Settings in the Medex app.

Subscriptions

Medex offers monthly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or rely on Medex for emergency or life-critical decisions.

AI-generated content

Responses, summaries, and check-ins may be generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for decisions you make based on information from Medex.
