Medex is operated by Henge. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
Medex may collect profile details you provide, health information you enter or speak, attached photos or videos, voice-call audio and transcripts, account identifiers from sign-in, push tokens, and technical information needed to run and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide health tracking, contextual responses, summaries, reminders, account access, support, safety checks, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Health data
Health information is sensitive. Medex uses it only to provide the app features you choose to use. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not medical advice.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, authentication, storage, AI, transcription, and push notification providers to operate Medex. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account from Settings in the Medex app. You can also contact support@medex.my for privacy requests.
Children
Medex is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
